Mallett is a collective of built environment specialists who create exceptional contemporary buildings which are truly connected to the surrounding landscape. We undertake selected projects from our offices in London, Scotland and Somerset.

We approach each brief fresh with enthusiasm and practicality to bring your vision to life.

We will examine your aims to tease out details for the brief. Next, our creative team builds the concept. We draw inspiration from landscape, history, furniture and art, weaving this into a contemporary architectural design. The designs will meld materiality, technology and craftsmanship. We pay careful attention to the interplay of space and light. Our process is transparent, and our practicality ensures budget and deliverability are paramount. At Mallett we are with you every step of the way.

What we do

We undertake a range of architectural commissions, from an individual private residence to select commercial ventures.

We also undertake a handful of careful in-house build projects every year and are adept at all stages, from concept to full project completion. Our roots are in construction and historic buildings so we know the planning and regulatory constraints, can advise on consultant and specialist contractor appointments and deliver project logistics.

We collaborate closely with our team of specialists, to ensure design executions of the highest quality.
