Undertaken on a full Design and Build basis, Mallet’s brief was to achieve planning for and deliver a basement level and extension to the rear of this Victorian property. The clients wanted an open and contemporary industrial feel making the best use of the additional space added. Our team suggested various bespoke joinery pieces and a range of finishes and fittings to complement the contemporary style.
