Working closely with architects at ECA studio, we were able to deliver this exceptional four storey family home for a private client.
After planning was granted for a lower ground floor rear extension Mallett undertook new structural works creating a larger living space for the family and a new ground floor study area.
The first and second floors went under thorough restoration. An exceptional master bedroom, ensuite and dressing room with bespoke metal work and joinery make elegant living quarters.
