HOLLAND PARK MEWS
Mallett undertook the full renovation of this mews house just off Holland Park. Working closely with the client on the design, we started with a full demolition of the entire property and began work excavating the basement.
Once that was completed we were able to reconfigure the rest of the property to the clients needs. With an emphasis on not being wasteful as is so often the case in building we were able to reuse the timber roof as flooring in the ground floor and new basement.Creating a generous loft extension allows for an impressive master bedroom with en suite.
The end result is a property double the size of its original floor plan with the aided by the new basement and the creation of the loft extension.
