Mallett undertook the full renovation of this Georgian home just off the Kings Road. Working closely with the architects and the client the need for more space was paramount to the design. A rear extension and well placed basement extension ensured the client was able to use the maximum footprint of their property. The intelligent addition of walk on roof lights combined with a glazed rear extension, allows natural light to flood down to the new lower ground floor rooms. A vaulted ceiling with electronic retractable roof, bespoke joinery and functional stone masonry are all focal points of this classic townhouse.
