Mallett undertook the full Design and Build of this set of ruined traditional farm building overlooking the beautiful Trossachs National Park. Our design team prepared a detailed pre-app and coordinated the extensive Local Authority requirements for the full application following.
Planning was granted in 2019 for the conversion of existing farm buildings to form 3No. dwelling houses and 3No. new build dwelling house in the yard area beyond. Using various local teams of tradesmen and craftsmen along with our established design and project management infrastructure we completed the three environmentally sensitive conversions in 2021.
